At Cryptomania Clothing, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review the policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at our store.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• The product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.
• You receive the wrong size, wrong item, or an incorrect order.
• The print quality or product quality does not match the description.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Buyer's remorse (e.g., you changed your mind).
• Incorrect size ordered by the customer (please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering).
• Items that have been used, washed, or worn.
• Digital products, gift cards, or final-sale items.

2. Return Window

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

3. How to Submit a Return Request

Please contact us at contact@cryptomaniaclothing.com and include:

1. Full name
2. Order number
3. Photos of the issue (damaged item, misprint, size issue, etc.)
4. A short description of the problem

Our team will review your request within 48 hours.

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the issue is caused by us or our print partner.
• Refund processing time is 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Replacements

If your item is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll send you a free replacement at no cost. There's no need to return the defective item unless we specifically request it.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour after purchase. After production starts, cancellation is not possible, as all items are made to order.

7. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost by the carrier, we'll assist you in opening a claim. Once the claim is verified, we'll send a replacement. For delivery timeframes, see our Shipping Policy.
